Items are covered by manufacturer warranties. Please let us know immediately. If item is unopened and in original packaging we can substantiate a swap out. Shipping usually takes around 5 to 7 working days from order, if stock is available and payment verified. Please check your emails or My Account page for further information. It is likely we are expecting payment which did not reflect or requested information from you and awaiting such.

We do not ship internationally. On rare occassions we would accept orders from neighbouring countries provided shipping and duties/taxes are covered/arranged by the client.

Yes. We utilise couriers that offer express services of door to door delivery nationwide. Timeframe for delivery is as below (excludes weekends and holidays):

JHB                 1 – 2 days

PTA                 2-3 days

Outside of Gauteng – 3-5 days

Yes. We do allow pickups from our premises. Although we are an online based store, pickup can be arranged in Midrand. The exact address will be provided to you when order is being verified. It takes up to 5 days to get your order ready for a pickup.

Returns & Refunds

Exchanges are possible provide the product is in original packaging and within 5 days of purchase. There may be a re-stocking fee applied by the suppliers.
